Refund / Exchange?
We only carry a small inventory of 1-2 pieces of each item, and we hope the condition of the items we selling are new and perfect condition, also there is no fitting. All sold items are not refundable once trade is completed. In addition, we provide enough time for checking the product(s) during trade, once customer checked and confirmed to trade, items are not refundable / exchangeable.
**If customers found any counterfeit products during trade, we will refund immediately and welcome to report to Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department for assistance.
